Shipping

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.00 per parcel. 

We endeavour to package and post all orders within 24 hours of receipt (Monday – Friday). For all orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday, orders will be posted on the first following working day.

All stock displayed on our website is held in our retail store. While we check our online sales regularly, there is a small chance that a product brought online is sold in store before the product is picked. In this instance, we are very sorry! We will contact you immediately and provide you with a full refund. If you want to double check before you make an online purchase, please phone (03) 54 83997.

All deliveries are sent via a tracked Post Haste which requires a signature on receipt. Please ensure you input your delivery location based on a working day delivery. Depending on Post Haste volumes, delivery should be expected in 3 – 7 days. At the point of delivery, insurance responsibility transfers.
